This is a good tip for people who wants to cut down on sugar (well, almost anyone then, right?!).
To your unsweetened organic (soya) yoghurt (or unflavored yoghurt), just add some dried organic berries and fruits.
That's it!
Not only are dried berries and fruits healthy and tasty - they also contain natural sugar and they are easy to add when you're eating breakfast - you just open the package and pour them over!
I bought the dried fruits and berries you see on the picture from Whole Foods Market and the ones that are visible are:• Dried mango (very, very sweet!)
• Dried blackberries
• Dried cranberries
• Dried raspberries
• Dried blueberries (tastes like candy!)
• Dried bananas
All organic of course!
What's your favorite dried berry/fruit?

I'm not a yogurt person, but I like adding berries to bran flakes with milk to sweeten them up.
Berries are the bomb! ;)
The Fitness Diva,
I love bran flakes too! I usually use the whole wheat ones, and with soya milk.
Thanks for your comment!
I love yogurt, with or without the fruits, but even better if with fruits :)
Healthy Lifestyle Blogzine,
Thanks for sharing... :)
Yes, yogurt with fruits = Ace!
LOL Leo, something I have been doing for a while, however, I mostly use fresh fruit and frozen fruit with plain yoghurt. Since I started to read ingridient labels, never liked what was in the prepared yoghurts so I switched to plain. Anna :)
Anna,
Yes I agree. There's too much "stuff" in the prepared yogurts, usually a whole lot of sugar, but also other things such as coloring and likely.
Always best to go plain! Especially if you can choose the flavors yourself anyway!
